The
Home Staging Network Code of Practice
Business
members of the Home Staging Network may include those offering the following
services: Home Staging, interior design, declutter, show home, dressing,
redesign, house makeovers, interior decoration, home improvements.
Businesses
listing in The Home Staging Network in doing so undertake to adhere to the Hsnwk
code of practice and agree to:

Maintain
public liability insurance cover in the name of the business or indivdual
contracted to perform the contracted work or duties.

Provide
at all times as fair and reasonable service to clients at all times.

Give
a high priority to personal training and understanding of Home Staging
techniques and the property market.

Offer
a quality service and accurate information to customers.

Provide
the client with full details of charges and fees as early as possible
in the process.

Provide
the customer with accurate details of their Training, qualifications and
experience.

Provide a Contract
signed by the client and themselves to provide terms of reference and
agreement on terms and payment.

Update
The Home Staging Network with any changes to services, contact information
and qualifications.

Undertake
to deal with any complaint by a customer as a priority consideration.
