About Colin McShane

With a background in auctioneering (fine arts & domestic furnishings) & estate agency, Colin McShane has wide experience in the furnishing, dressing & refurbishment of residential properties for marketing purposes. The marriage of his skills including his flair for transforming properties within a budget forms the unique strength, experience & delivery of Colin McShane Inventory Services which was established by him in 2008. His services are employed by some of the best known names in Edinburgh property and bring highly successful results. As Colin himself puts it "Interiors for me has always been a matter of instinct as well as a passion".
