At The Home Staging Network customers can be confident of the professional standards of Member businesses and Members can obtain business support.

   

The Home Staging Network enables customers to find independent businesses who maintain their own business identity whilst signing up to the Home Staging Network code of practice in order to assure customers of a professional Service whether in Home Staging, Property presentation, Interior Design, or Declutter services.

    

Seeing The Home Staging Network seal of Membership enables customers to be confident that the business they are employing to undertake work has signed up to the code of practice which confirms a commitment to a professional approach to the Services offered.

Join the Home Staging Network    

  

Customers can provide feedback:

Customers of Member businesses will be able to send feedback to the Home Staging Network via the contact form

  

Invitation to apply to become a Member of The Home Staging Network

Businesses will be invited to apply to be part of The Home Staging Network and will be required to sign up to a Professional code of practice. The code of practice will give customers confidence in the professional level of service offered by those Home Staging Businesses who are part of the Home Staging Network.

  

The Businesses chosen to register by application process will have their training, qualifications and credentials recorded by hsnwk. Those being successful in the Home Staging Network registration process will be authorised to display the Home Staging Network crest on their business marketing.

Businesses displaying The Home Staging Network Member seal may offer a range of services including: Home Staging, Property presentation, House Doctoring, Interior Design, Home Styling, Home Makeovers, Decluttering. Each Member has signed up to the Code of practice thereby agree to give priority to their training, development and a professional standard of customer service and commitment.   

   

Hsnwk Terms of Membership

Independent Home Staging Businesses will not be restricted to one brand or franchise by joining The Home Staging Network.  Businesses who are already a Member of another Home Staging Community or Brand can still apply to join The Home Staging Network. The main consideration for acceptance in these circumstances will be whether their joining the Network will disadvantage the Independent Members in any way. Hsnwk reserve the right to reject applications at their discretion. If a businesses application is rejected their joining fees will be refunded in full.

The Home Staging Network Code of Practice

 

Businesses listing in The Home Staging Network in doing so undertake to adhere to the Hsnwk code of practice and agree to:

  • Provide at all times as fair and reasonable a service to clients as is practicable.

  • Give a high priority to their own training and understanding of Home Staging techniques and the property market. 

  • Offer a quality service and accurate information to customers as is available to them to provide.

  • Provide the client with full details of charges and fees as early as possible in discussions. 

  • Provide the customer with accurate details of their Training, qualifications and experience.

  • Where full project management is involved provide a Contract signed by the client and themselves to provide terms of reference and agreement on principles and payment terms.  

  • Update The Home Staging Network with any changes to services, contact information and qualifications.

  • Undertake to deal with any complaint by a customer as a priority consideration.

The Home Staging Network Declaration

    

The Home Staging Network (hsnwk) recommendations to Members:

  • Members who are not trained property valuers should not attempt to value property and should advise clients to seek independent property valuations.

  • The hsnwk recommend that all businesses listed take out full public liability insurance where their services involve visiting clients in the home/on site.

  • The Home Staging Network reserve the right to include or remove any Member business at our discretion.

The Home Staging Network (hsnwk) make it known that:

  • Businesses listed in the Network Directory are Independent businesses and are not contracted to The Home Staging Network or to Home Staging Consultants.co.uk  

  • The Home Staging Network and Home Staging Consultants.co.uk is not responsible for any services or supplies contracted from Members listed and cannot be held liable for any actions or services provided by the Members.

  • The customer should satisfy themselves of standards of services before contracting those services.

  • The Home Staging Network details Services, Training and experience for businesses listed as provided by that business. 

  • Customers and clients of the Members of The Home Staging Network (Hsnwk) may contact The Home Staging Network if they have a complaint which they feel is not satisfactorily dealt with by that Business and we will endeavour to make enquiries.
