Each property which I  give advice on to Prepare for the market has an individual action plan drawn up  to achieve the best asking price and a quicker sale.   There is never only one solution and often the home owner is too close to see the most effective route to follow.  At the point of wishing to sell a property independent advice is the best way to achieve changes which will make the property more saleable and to avoid mistakes which can be costly.
