Purchase can be more cost effective than furniture rental.  Furniture can be sold with the property as fully furnished or sold on.

Furniture rental

Furniture rental is for minimum 3 months ( the minimum time usually required to show property to viewers and complete sale – you may be surprised at drop out rates for ‘buyers’ who return to a property for a second viewing to find it empty of accessories/furniture.)

Smaller quantities of furniture still require one delivery and one collection so are usually charged accordingly.  Complete form above for a quote.

Furniture and accessory and equipment packs are suitable for property lets and property for sale.

An apartment or property can be made attractive and less empty with expert accessorising of smaller items including stylish accessories, mirrors, rugs, art work, floral decorations, towelling and appropriate kitchen ware.  From £400 for a 1 bed apartment for sourcing and purchasing goods. Placing and accessorising accessories £150.

Purchase of accessory items, furniture and window treatments arranged.

Goods charged at cost.  Time charged at an hourly rate.  Estimate provided.

Return visit to place accessory items. 

Accessories purchased and charged at cost.  Estimate provided before purchase.  

Window treatments and any curtain rods etc measured, supplied and fitted.

Once the property has been accessorised and/or furnished our quality property photography service can greatly improve the chances of a quicker sale or let for further marketing options by taking quality wide angled lens photography.  £120 fee in the West Yorkshire area.
