days, but we always confirm receipt of payments and application forms
immediately by email. If you don't receive this check your spam box before
contacting us. Its usually there! Add our email address to favourites to
avoid losing the welcome email with further actions, resources and logos to
your spam box. If you see your Business listed but you haven't received an
email welcome then its got lost! Please contact us
If
you expect a reply from us that does not arrive
Check your spam or trash inbox for messages and if you are sure that the
email has not arrived then send another form. We will use an alternative
outmail address. The internet faces problems of missing mail due to the activity of spammers causing innocent business mail to be blocked,
however we are not ignoring you and will endeavour to get our mail though if
