a download has not been received
Please ensure that your windows blocker is turned off temporarily (under
tools on your top explorer/browser icon bar) and return to the confirmation
page which was shown on your screen (use the down arrow at the side of the
browser back page icon).

you expect a reply from us that does not arrive
Check your spam or trash inbox for messages and if you are sure that the
