All information supplied is given in good faith and the user should satisfy themselves that the details are up to date and appropriate to their needs. All information supplied is correct and as up to date as possible and changes may be made at any time. Any feedback or further information will be gratefully received.

We do not give structural advice. Before undertaking structural alterations or major repairs to a property you are strongly advised to seek relevant professional advice from a suitably qualified architect or builder.

Charges: fees for consultations will be charged at the stated rate and terms of payment are within 7 days of the consultation.

Consultations: A consultation in the property will take approximately 1to 2  hours and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time. However, cellars and loft spaces without a full staircase are not included and the consultant maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time. Advice is generally of a cosmetic nature and therefore fixtures, fittings and structural issues are not covered.

Any suggestions made in an Action Plan after a consultation are as a result of initial viewing of the property and/or photographs and information supplied by the client. 

Advice and information is given in good faith and the client should satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of a report or information found on this site; that they are satisfied with the cost effective measures and have taken all necessary health & safety precautions as necessary in undertaking any improvements or alterations to their property. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained by any person using the information on the web site or in the Action plan.

Property Adverts: Home Staging Consultants give notice that the property particulars on this site, whilst believed to be accurate, are set as a general outline for guidance only. Intending purchasers or tenants should not rely on them as statements or representations of facts, but must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise as to their accuracy. Home Staging Network code of practice 

Businesses listing in the Home Staging Consultants Home Staging Network in doing so undertake to adhere to a code of practice and agree to:

• Provide at all times as fair and reasonable a service to clients as is practicable.

• Offer a quality service and accurate information as is available to them to provide.

• Provide the client with full details of charges and fees as early as possible in discussions and where possible provide this in writing.

• Provide the customer with accurate details of their Training, qualifications and experience.

• Where full project management is involved the Consultant should provide a Contract signed by the client and themselves to provide terms of reference and agreement on principles of payments for both parties.  

• Update Home Staging Consultants.co.uk with any changes of services offered or contact information as is detailed in the Network Directory.

Home Staging Consultants.co.uk make it known that:

• Users of the services offered by this network should contact Home Staging Consultants.co.uk if they have any cause for complaint which is not satisfactorily dealt with by that Business and we will endeavour to make enquiries.

• Home Staging Consultants.co.uk reserve the right to remove any business from the Directory at our discretion and will do so if not satisfied that a complaint from a customer has been dealt with satisfactorily.
