Consultations: A consultation in the property will take approximately 1to
2 hours
and the majority of the house will be viewed and discussed during this time.
However, cellars and loft spaces without a full staircase are not included and
the consultant maintains the right to exclude any areas at any time. Advice is
generally of a cosmetic nature and therefore fixtures, fittings and structural
issues are not covered.
Any suggestions made in an Action Plan after a consultation are as a
result of initial viewing of the property and/or photographs and information
supplied by the client.
Advice
and information is given in good faith and the client should
satisfy themselves, before taking action as a result of a report or information
found on this site; that they
are satisfied with the cost effective measures and have taken all necessary
health & safety precautions as necessary in undertaking any improvements or
alterations to their property. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss,
injury or inconvenience sustained by any person using the information on the web
site or in the Action plan.
